At D&SS Wedding Jewellery, every ring is personally tested and verified before it reaches you. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality and honesty.

COVERAGE PERIOD

All D&SS rings carry a 90-day D&SS Warranty from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED

💎 STONE

Any stone that becomes loose, falls out or is found to be absent or visibly flawed as a result of a fault in the original manufacturer setting.

🪙 METAL

Any band that changes colour to green, yellow, copper or any non-silver tone — as this indicates a fault in the base metal material.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

💎 STONE

Stone damage resulting from impact, dropping

or mishandling after delivery.

🪙 METAL

The following are considered normal wear and

are not manufacturing defects:

• Fading or wearing of rhodium plating from

regular daily wear. This is expected over

time on all rhodium plated jewellery. The

underlying 925 sterling silver remains

intact and the ring retains its value.

Rhodium re-plating is available at most

local jewellers at low cost.

• Surface tarnish from exposure to chemicals, perfume, sweat or water. This is normal and can be cleaned at home with warm water and mild soap.

• Scratches, scuffs, dents or chips to the

band surface resulting from regular daily

wear or physical contact with hard surfaces.

• Bending or warping of the band resulting

from physical impact or misuse.

• Lost or stolen items.

• Damage from resizing or alterations carried out by a third party.

Please include your order details and clear photos of the defect. Every claim is handled personally by us — no third parties, no automated responses. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed we will offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

• Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents or improper care.

• D&SS reserves the right to assess each

claim individually. Where a defect is

confirmed, we will offer a replacement

or exchange at our discretion.

• This warranty applies to all rings

purchased directly through D&SS Wedding Jewellery via our website or Instagram.
